On April 5th 2007 the finale of Gamecaster's Battlefield 2142 Invitational Presented by GamePlay HD aired nationally on DISH Network. Television viewers watched as Team Hot and Team 20ID battled each other in the two-round Finals with $30,000 on the line and a cheering stadium audience reacting to every push and pull.

The exciting Finals culminated with Team Hot defeating Team 20ID with a "cap-out" victory and winning $30,000. Gamecaster caught up with Team Hot's cool-as-ice Captain, Shane Cousins, right before his team systematically annihilated Team 20ID.
